When you use our USCIS Case Status Tracker, we collect your receipt number to provide you with case status updates.

Your receipt number is used to query the official USCIS Case Status API to retrieve the current status of your immigration case. We send your receipt number to the USCIS API system, which returns information about your case status, including updates, case type, and next steps. We do not store your receipt numbers in our database after the query is complete.
